THE FALL OF HAIR FALL

We all hate hair fall, Aren’t we? It’s so distressing to wake up in morning and see hair strands lying on pillow or bunch of hair on combs while combing. These all could be the sign of hair fall which is not taken seriously until & unless we are on the verge of becoming bald. According to a 2014 survey by International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, approximately 35 million men in US suffer from hair loss whereas approximately 21 million women are affected by hair loss. 

Reasons for hair fall could be genetic, deficiency of protein, vitamins (A, E, C), iron, omega-3 fatty acids, dehydration, unbalanced diet, distress. Sometimes hair fall is the result of other disorder like PCOS. Post pregnancy is also characterized by hair fall. But all these problems can be treated or at least reduced by following a proper haircare regime. And if this haircare regime is based on natural products, what could be better than this.

The main hero of this haircare regime is having balanced diet including required amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. A lot of researches are backing up the consumption of Amla or Indian gooseberries for treatment of hair problems due to its richness in Vitamin C, E, A; Zinc & Iron.
