• Processing Time: 
  • All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday)
  • If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified via email. 
• Shipping Time:
  • Domestic orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery to difficult to reach areas may take between 10-12 working days after dispatch. 
• Shipping Charges:
  • We ship free of cost throughout India. A flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable for cash on delivery(COD) orders
• Order Confirmation And Cancellation: 
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with the order number immediately after checkout. Orders can be cancelled only before the items have been dispatched. 
• Replacement:
  • Only defective/damaged products will be replaced/returned.
  • If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at  customercare@kireeta.com , within 24hrs of delivery.
  • Be sure to attach a video/picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition.
  • Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly.
  • There is no replacement or refund for food products.

Money back offer only for hair kits

• If you are not satisfied with the results after using our hair care kits, you can request money back by filling an “order related” form on our website.
• To register with this money back scheme you should contact us on order related form within 72hours of 1st purchase
• You can request money back only after using our products for 120days.
• You should cooperate with us for results tracking.
• Claim will be rejected if you fail to cooperate with us for tracking your results and not using product as prescribed 
• You should purchase the same hair kit related to your problem every month for 4 months to avail this offer.
• You will receive 70% of your total paid amount.
• Your money will be credited in your account within 90days after you request money back.
